Just got this as a gift, but in vanilla.
Is it any good?
"Recovery blend" sounds intriguing.
It's el cheapo Walmart whey. Better than nothing though, won't hurt you. It's probably buffered so don't expect it to be a full "60g protein"

Vanilla whey is almost always gross.
It's fine.
I use it. Pretty good stuff. Has protons, and BCAAs are good if your diet is not the best. It like it cause cheap. $17 all time at Walmart. I like the peanut butter cup flavor best. It's a bit gritty, has a kind of artificial/chemical taste to it. And expect to be bloated for first week or two using it. Once you get used to it, it's good. I know there are better products out there, but nothing else in the same price range compares, flavor or ingredient wise. And no soy, so you won't get tits.

clumpy as fuck

they did a study on the purity of these powders and this got like a C or a D rating so expect it to actually be like 15-20g protein a scoop but hey gains is gains

This stuff is packed with sugar. Might as well just bin it.

>body fortress
it only has 30% of it's advertised protein, so most of the calories in it are just simple sugar or taurine or something.
It probably has less nutritional value than a mcdonalds burger.
I suggest you cut all contact with the dickhead who gifted you this piece of shit, it's actually NEGATIVE gains in a tub.
White Meat Chicken breast is 3.99 a pound.
This stuff is $18 a jar.
Get your protein from Chicken. They spent all that money genetically engineering birds and we are just going to eat skimmed off milk proteins? c'mon people.

that chocolate splash at the side looks like nigger lips

The chocolate flavor is good enough to drink with water.
But vanilla body fortress is no joke the most disgusting whey powder on earth. I can usually muscle through bad tasting protein but this one was terrible. I spit it out and never used it again. Still have it years later actually, it's hard as a rock.

don't do anon rip striations
The plastic bin the powder is in would be healthier to eat. Probably better macros, too.
