Hey /fit/, for financial reasons, I can't go to a gym. I do however, own a barbell, Dumbbells, skip rope, that stretchy resistance rope shit, a bike machine,a real bike, and a chin up bar. I also have push up bars.
For a complete novice, what is the best excercise routine for building muscle? Fat loss is pretty unimportant to me, so just for strength.
Sell all that shit and buy 6 months at a real gym.
I fucking hate this board goddamn

Can you do heavy low bar squats with those equipments? If not, you will develop chicken legs. Home workouts are the primary cause of chicken legs. Many teens dont go to the gym but do high volume push ups and pull ups regularly but dont work their legs out a t all. I know because I was one.
Lift with garbage bags full of water like they do in prison.
