So /fit/ i just ate about 2000 cal on cookies after already reach my calorie intake for today (cutting) how do i stop hating myself?
lately i lost all motivation to go to the gym,been cutting for 3 months or so but cant take it anymore,i eat just a few things during the day and feel exhausted at gym and when im back home i just dont wanna go there again. any adivce about that?

missing 1 day in a 3 month cut is fine, it'll take maybe 3-4 days for your weight to go back down to where it was (mostly water weight I think) and you can move on.
