I can't get rid of the pain around my groin area when squatting
should I stop squatting for a month or something? Apparently 1 week wasn't enough.
How are your feet situated when you squat?
Toes pointing more forward hits the inner thigh pretty hard.

I will check that thanks, I think they do point forward

Is it just in the right adductor?
>>39697251
no it's in both left and right

frog stretch

Your legs already look pretty jacked I would quit worrying about squatting and try to find a high quality suit of skin
you overdid it. Stop for a month. No deadlifting either

I had the same thing during my first month or two of squatting. If I remember correctly, once I focused on doing what >>39697173
described, the soreness went away.

Yesss. Hurts so good.

How long have you been lifting? I have this problem on and off. You can usually push through it. Ensure your knees are pushed right out past your toes which must also be pointed out.

fucking stretch, OP

Also static stretch lunges 60 seconds every day (after workout not before)

Also consider dynamic stretch lunges (walk in a line but lunge every step) as a warmup before squatting.

I get the same thing occasionally, normally able to power through it, but try more stretches. If it's too bad go lighter for a few sessions
