It's an Anytime Fitness. I mostly use that room for deadlifts, sometimes the Concept 2. My point is that it's expected to a loud room. There are bumper plates to drop lifts with, sledgehammers to hit shit with, and a big fucking amp provided by the gym to play music with. Since I go at a different time now I've come to know another faggot of the skeleton supersetter type.
Goes to the smith machine, loads 1 pl8 does 3 1/4 ROM reps and fucks off to do cable pulls, does 3 reps and then goes to take a pair of 10kg dumbells, goes to another smith machine sits there and does flies, repeat for one hour.
I hate supersetters in general, take all the equipment and do jack shit.

This other girl, I don't hate her, I just think she is dumb. Squats 2pl8 which is the most I've seen someone squat there, but then she super sets it doing leg press, like what's the fucking point.

The gym owner was a bodybuilder and gives stupid advice, like don't lock your elbows in the press or don't lock your knees in the squat, going below paralel will hurt your knees etc; whenever I've followed his advice I've fucked my shit up, now I just say "yeah thanks" and keep doing my own stuff.
I think he is the reason most of the people at this gym are supersetters and don't actually lift proper and mock around doing jack shit.

Why the fuck roidfags feel so fucking threatened by strong natties even if i look dyel?

This is the first time im going to a public gym and the assblasted roidfags are getting out of hand, my routine consist of heavy weighted pull ups, heavy weighted dips and deadlifts and have had at least 3 roidfags try to challenge me doing vainy shit like
