It's literally just that. And managing what you eat. Not hard at all. You guys like to make a big deal out of it, if someone told me it would be this easy I would have started lifting a long time ago. The only hard part is getting off your ass and going to the gym when you should. And even then it takes as much as a week to educate yourself to go to the gym even if you don't want to, unless you're weak willed as shit. Seriously. It's as much 3 days a week. For like an hour. Your appearence will lift 2 points or more by just getting off your ass for one hour. It's a fucking lifehack.
