/fit/, this is my first time posting on this board.
I'm trying to gain abs but i'm a NEET and I sit down just about the entire day, and it seems like every last gram of fat I consume goes straight to my belly.
What do I do?

Stomach vacuums.
4 times a day.
Superset it with planks and crunches.
Also cut at a 750 calorie deficit.

Leave.

Calories in < calories out. Come back for a check-up in 6 months.

Abs are made in the kitchen. If you have a high body fat% you won't have abs. You'll need to hit around 8% body fat to have nice abs, and if you don't have muscle you'll just look sickly.
Your best bet is to get into lifting, SS + eat at a 500 calorie surplus for 3 months and then cut down. In about a year you'll have nice body, not just abs.

Gee I dunno, what's that one word called for that thing that helps you get abs? It's like the opposite of this, starts with an "e", shit...I'm trying to think...

It doesn't matter how much you sit if you don't eat the extra calories. Read the sticky

Eating?
Not op but I have an ab related question, I do lift and workout but I don't do any "ab" workouts would I still get abs when I reach a certain bf?
>>39690706
Yes but you'd need to be lower bf than if you worked them.

e-exercise?... nah that can't be it
Learn to do an L-sit. By the time you're able to hold one, your abs will be much stronger.
