I'm trying to lose a shit load of both fat AND muscle

yes lose muscle. I'm trying to get as small of a body as I can [spoiler]so I can try to have an androgynous appearance[/spoiler] but for whatever reason I have a shit load of bulky torso muscle without ever doing anything but sitting on my couch

problem is, all of the ratio calculators and shit try to minimize muscle loss.

how do I go about adjusting this shit so I can just lose all of it?

you probably don't need to lose muscle and you are confused but to answer your question just make sure not to eat any protein rich foods. no dairy products, no meat, no eggs etc. also limit beans. thats pretty much all you have to do to optimize lose muscle loss assuming you are also in a calorie deficit
