I'm 6'2" 320. I want to be 260. Any advice for dropping weight as fast as possible? I don't care about strength or muscle loss as long as I don't go skelly.

literally eat an orange a day for six months. you will live and still not be skelly, anon. if you hit a plateau just eat whatever you want for a week and then go back to eating very little.
it's not rocket science, just maintain the deficit. bigger deficit=faster loss. there is NO WAY you will be skelly at 260 lbs. you can work on muscle once you reduce your bmi or whatever

The human body can live, albeit uncomfortably, for long periods of time without food. Assuming you did this for a month you could lose quite a but of weight.

Every body fat calculator I check says that I need ~5000 calories a day to maintain my weight and 3000 a day to lose 60 pounds in 90 days. I'm fairly sure I stay around 2,500 and exercise 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes to an hour.
My usual dally diet is
-I can't stomache breakfast
-2 PB&Js
-2 oranges
-a gallon of water
-Then I binge at dinner probably ~2000 calories between 6pm and 830

Bro, cut junk food from your diet, start eating less, drink more water, and especially, MOVE MORE. When you're that big, that's all you'll really need to lose weight at a healthy pace. Start lifting while you're at it and develop a routine and have the discipline to stick to it.
