What do you suggest I do next? The daily routine is fairly basic and I'd like to move to something new
I've added to rheir routine bicep curls, military press, rows and those side lift things with 10 pound weights, but id like something new

You're still a skelly, add 50 pounds
try doing 5x5 strong lifts. If you have a half rack and a barbell you can do it at home. It takes less than 45 minutes if you do it at a gym. It will get you into the fundamentals of weight lifting and if you are eating enough you should notice gains pretty quickly. On the rest days I throw in some arm workouts. See how it works for you.
