We all know that visceral fat is the most dangerous and easiest to lose, but what about subcutaneous fat?
What is the best way to lose subcutaneous fat specifically?

I dunno but here's a free bump.
I've seen some evidence that high intensity exercise is your best bet for reducing your visceral fat levels.
General process of cutting is your best bet for getting rid of subcut fat - though there's disagreement about the best way to do it. I'd do intermittent fasting - which in all honesty is a sciency justification for basically just skipping breakfast.
There's a trend towards low carb high fat/protein for losing weight now (I assume a new trend with a new following will manifest in the future - intermittent fasting i should basically be renamed intermittent keto diet as that's effectively what it is) - some good evidence of its effects on diabetes (better insulin sensitivity eases fat loss - I assume this has benefits in the non diabetic for the same reasons) and pretty good testimonials of it being a comparatively painless method - fat produces a more stable source of energy so even if it doesn't actually make losing weight more efficient you aren't getting artificially hungry between meals after a sugar crash - something I am now very aware of.
stimulating brown fat such as through cold exposure.

Most people are some stage of insulin resistance. Fasting in general and reserving carbs for post workout is an easy way to boost insulin sensitivity.
