Depends on genetics, lanklets like myself bulk up to 18% and cut to 11%. The change is huge, just keep going down until you like it. I don't think anyone has to go lower than 10%

When you've got slightly visible abs you'll start to have cheek bones.

When you've got visible abs, you've got cheekbones and a chiselled jaw.

If you've still got the body of a skinnyfat then you're not going to have a lean face. Sorry to break the bubble.

All my life I was skinnyfat; never had a defined jawline until i got lean. Once I got lean and had visible abs I also had a nice defined jawline. Felt good phamily.
