now i want to know what is better for me to do of strength program or hypertrophys. i dont really know what to do i just want what will make me bigger and stronger. thanks for help

Literally just pick up heavy things and put them down.
SS is simple and easy to follow and will help you get your strength base quickly, so thats why it's recommended.
If you're some kind of retard who wants to do some bullshit routine some guy on Reddit made up, that's fine, just focus on progressive overload and make sure it has compound barbell movements.

Like the others said. If you're young eat and eat and eat. Remember not having at least seconds is for females. Then lift as much weight as you can with the best form you can for as many reps as you can. You're a newbb don't get hung up on autismo routines until the newb gainz subside (about 6-12 months) depending on your dedication. Also if you're young like teen or early 20$ go as often as possible 5-6 days a week is ideal. In this age window you're basically cycling natural test and hgh all the time. Rest days are for old men.
