Am I missing out on too much by never directly working out my legs?
Ex obese so I've got a pretty solid base with them and I'm fairly active/play sport so I never bother with "leg day", none of the isolation's seem functional and no one cares about leg aesthetics anyway.
Sorry for dick out picture, it's the only one with my legs in it that I have handy.

first thing I notice on this picture was your chicken legs and that was before I even read your post
so yeah, you are missing out

THANK YOU CURLBRO

If all you do for upper body is chinups and pushups, sure, "playing sports" is enough for your legs.
If however you seriously train your upper body in the gym, it's not enough and you should train your legs to the same extent as you train the rest of your body.
Are front squats enough for legs or do i need low bar?

Yes. Fucking clearly.

No Front Squats are inherently not good for leg development
>>39680394
I suppose this is sarcasm?

Yes, front squats are good for leg development.
Yes that was sarcasm.
OP does need to do some leg work though - front squats would be a good idea. It will work his back/abs too which is never a bad thing. Look up Max Aita when he's with Mark Bell for cues/understanding how to use your fucking legs in a squat.
No legs. No shoulders. No chest it seems.
Every day is biceps day.
