How do I convince her to start working about with me? I really don't care about her being heavy, but she's become glaringly insecure since I started to /fit/ up and it's starting to take a toll on our relationship.

There's no way to convince someone to develop self-discipline and motivation.

Either they do it on their own or they never will. Give it some time and if you discover that your goals and hers no longer align, end it.
