/fit/ Will your hypertrophy training gains start to plateau quicker if your strength gains are shit? I don't really care about strength but if it affects my aesthetic progress i might want to do some strength training.

I start off by saying 80% of the ppl here have no clue (including me, 1.25 yrs lifting exp)
to the point: i have yet to see someone getting huge/progress on a hypertrophy routine. Point in case: its all anectodical and I have zero (0) proof
just a reminder that whatever ppl say here, take it with a grain of salt
Strength training gives you hypertrophy as much as hypertrophy training, if not more.

Either bait, or actually retarded
If youre a new lifter, anything will work bcs anything will get u newbie gains. But after that u need to gain strength in order to get any bigger.

>3x8 makes your muscles bigger and 5x5 somehow does not
Can confirm you're actually retarded
Reason you retards associate strength training with zero hypertrophy is because you think starting strength is the only strength training program, which literally has you doing no more than 7 different exercises with ridiculously low volume
