What should I do for neck gains? I already do all the usual lifts and I'm quite happy with the rest of my body, but I feel I still have a pencil neck and forward head.

Use a neck harness. If you're not getting gains from it you're not doing it right.

Neck harness a few times a week and your neck will grow very quickly.

Heavy cleans and deadlifts. I have a big head and i thank god that i got a thicc neck to go along with it. Sadly im a manlet but id rather be short than have a wirey neck.

Check out bjj warmups for neck. If anything your neck should get stringer with it, dont know about hypertrophy
