Quick /fit/ question...
Just started going to the gym again and I'm 6'2"-6'3" ish, should I be aiming for 175 or 180 llbs to maintain at?

I'm 6'3", 205ish, and I'm at around 13-14%. It depends on how much you've developed your frame.
That said, just start working out and eating right. Mince less, lift more.

6'2" @ 185 here, still a skinny motherfucker.
200 or bust
6'3 @ 200 lbs about 15% bodyfat, I plan to cut down to 190 and then slowly bulk up to 200. 200 lbs is probably a good maintaining weight for my frame.
