I would not personally dissolve a months worth let's say into water and take it that way. If you can't get everclear and you are trying to make a suspension I would use food grade vegetable glycerin which can be easily purchased on amazon or at whole foods.

When I was 11-12 years old I stopped growing, was predicted to reach 6'3 by age 15. Completely stopped growing at 12 though and only reached 5'11. Truth is it's mostly genetics. My dad is 6'3 but was predicted to be 6'7. My mom is 5'6 so I likely got her side when it comes to height. Sucks, especially when everyone expects great things of you but are disappointed to hear that you stopped growing.
