I've been working out for about 2 months now, starting from absolutely nothing (years of being a nerd and gaming all day between exams)
How am I doing? Still skeletor mode? 1/10?
From what I can actually see you look like shit. Keep up the good work.

Thought so. But how shit. Do I have the potential to get better or is my body weird in some way I'm not seeing?
>>39658450
Ill put this very bluntly. Its too soon to tell. Youll have to put in a shit load of time work to find out. Keep it up though. You have the potential to at least make a good otter.

Otter?
>>39658515
Yeah. As in otter-mode. Not super muscular but defined and clearly lifts.

Oh okay I see, that's all I'm aiming for. Enough to not have to sit there knowing I'm a fucking pathetic weakling in front of girls and at least have some confidence. Not some 60000 ton squatter
you literally have the body of a 7 year old
OP come back when you weigh at least 85kg and <15% body fat and can lift 1/2/3/4 plate for the major lifts. That's the benchmark you want to get once you're there you'll have achieved your goal
>>39658581
Thanks I'll figure out wtf a 1/2/3/4 plate is and I will get there some day no matter what. I've been enjoying this and don't even really care about results, I just do it for fun now because fuck the world, nothing else to do.

You look dyel as fuck at those numbers man.
I 5 rep max 115/185 and I have a soft squishy alien body
also strength=/= size anyways
>>39658594
1 rep maxes
1 plate on each side ohp
2 plates on each side bench press
3 plates on each side squat
4 plates on each side deadlift

>hiding the undoubtedly apple brand phone
kys
>>39658727
Just hiding my phone since it's actually an old Samsung that's not often used anymore, so nobody can identify me if they knew me.
I'm a software engineer I don't give a fuck about Apple.
>>39658450
I'm in the same boat OP trying to leave skelly mode behind. Here's my 2.5 month progress since I started lifting and more importantly eating more.
>>39658912
Holy shit we are literally identical beyond belief, lmfao. So high that it's blowing my mind right now
