Been lifting for two years, and all of a sudden I just started to find it boring. How do I fix myself?

What you're experiencing is the beginnings of burnout. Competitive athletes can experience this if they don't do other active things for a while in the off-season instead of the training they do normally. You need to do something else for a while to break things up.

Same here. Been lifting for just over two years and it's getting boring. I'm no longer motivated to go to the gym for fun. It's a hassle to every day count calories and force myself to eat and miss sleep because of it. I'm getting so hung up on my squat which is still novice tier. My max is 2,5pl8 for 1RM high bar. Sure my deadlift and bench isn't anything either but I don't care about those lifts.

So yeah I recently joined an oly club and don't care about strength or size anymore. For a few months I'm gonna be focusing just on technique and form on these two lifts. Maybe I'll feel reinvogorated.

Doesn't help that I have no life outside work and the gym eiether.
