yes, summer. I'm about 75kg/165lbs and I expect to be sub-10% bf at 68kg/150lbs (it's my first time not being skinnyfat so who knows)

you can easily lose around 2 kg per month and that's at a measly 500 deficit. it will take you around 3 months to drop those 6-7 kg.

you're right, I just ran the calcs and realized my math was completely off. I can probably bulk in January s well. my arms feel a little small and it bothers me that I haven't hit that magic 2 plate bench number.
