I just put some in my plain greek yogurt.
Unfortunately it came out way fucking faster than I thought it would and my yoghurt became a god damn sugar soup. Fuck my life and my macros apparently.

Alright will do, thanks lads

just don't drown the oats in it. A little for taste shouldn't cause trouble
just get honey without sugar.
My family lives in the mountains in turkey and makes honey themselves. Ive got a year supply of it in my house, use it on my oats with no-fat yoghurt

nah senpai. just make sure you factor it into your intake and plan around it if you're really anal about it. if you're not anal about it, just keep in mind it's like 60 calories per tablespoon and that's not much so long as you don't overdo.

Honey without sugar? What the honest fuck?
>>39651250
Yeah I'm fairly sure honey is sugar
>>39651265
I mean added sugar.
Its made from nectar, in most honeys 50% or more is cane sugar or corn syrup.

Put two tablespoons of natural peanut butter in it. It gives it just enough flavor, and it makes the protein skyrocket. I'm living in a college dorm right now, so my breakfast almost every day consists of three hard-boiled eggs and oatmeal with peanut butter stirred into it. It's fucking great, man.
