Most of my fatass eating/snacking happens because I'm bored or restless rather than actually hungry. I notice when I'm hanging out with friends or at uni for a long time or out camping or whatever that I barely eat and I don't feel like eating.
What are some good ways to distract myself for several hours at night to avoid fatassing all over the place?

stop buying snack food dipshit
just do intermittent fasting
so when you're at home and feel like eating, you actually can eat
