I'm lucky in a lot of ways. I have had an easy time building chest. Legs are too big for my pants. My lats respond well to pull ups and rows. Traps are growing. Biceps are developing. Even my shoulders are slowly acquiring mass. But my triceps look as small as the day I started. I've been working out for 1.5 years and have 13.5" arms. Complete suffering. My compound lifts aren't building triceps and I'm not making progress on dips or tricep isolations. I see pictures of Zane and get jelly af.
