Would it be beneficial to get some experience with lower rep ranges? Last Intensity day I did 85 kg, only managed 4 reps. My idea would be to do 87,5 next time for 2*3 or 3*3, then the week after that 90 for 3*2 or 4*2 and then 92,5 for 5*1 and afterwards go back to 1*5 with 85 and proceed the outlined scheme with +1 or 2,5 kgs.

Your intensity is too high on volume days. Make volume day a TRUE volume day by keep the discrepency high. Seems like your technique could use some work. you need more reps under your belt. You are ging too heavy too often.

On mondays try doing 4x8 pause bench press. Or 3x10 pause plus 1x10 being touch and go.
You can do more volume on bench than the other two lifts so take advantage of it and do more reps with moderate weight.

I do 3x4 pause, then 3x10 pause for a total of 42 reps on volume day.You are doing only 15. Even at light weight, that tonnage is adding up.

On wed I do 4x8 DB incline keeping it light.

Fuck TM and stop worrying about intensity. Reset your VD to like 70kg and do 5x5/6x4 with either spoto press or pause bench (so you learn to get tight and control the bar i.e bench correctly) and on "ID" do 4x2, 1x2+ starting with like 80kg. Though I'm not sure if I made my rationale clear. The lower rep ranges are not for my ego and bigger numbers but to refine my technique. To prevent form breakdown in difficult reps. I still do volume, do spoto press and try to improve my technique every time.

You are not even benching 2 plates mate. Ofc you are going to have bad technique. That's why you practice with low weights which will eventually have a huge carry over to heavier weights when you learn the technique. If you are not doing good technique on a moderate 3x10 pause lifts, you are not gonna do well on a heavy lift. Do your volume, do some reps and find what works for you. Handling heavier weights is just a byproduct of your volume.

It was somekind of mouth/throat infection, burned like shit when I'd try to drink or eat. I took painkillers so I could at least drink chicken stew and that ended up fucking my stomach up. I don't really remember the programs in great detail but you can add 5% to some heavy sets. So if you do 85% x2 reps x5 sets, you can do 90% x1-2 reps for one or two of those sets.

Some pretty standard linear periodization I wrote myself. Very low intensity couple of months to kind of rework on some foundational shit.
Knees are tolerable. It's really only the right knee and it just gets really stiff, not exactly painful really but it still sucks.

They wear them for everything because they wear them for their competition lifts, so there's a benefit to just using the heels on everything.

Powerlifters, on the other hand, only wear raised heels for squats and bench, and flats for squats, bench, and deadlift (everyone has their preference on which to use).
