I am starting to become a fat fuck and I do not like it. I was always a skelly. 130lbs 6' tall. Then suddenly I ballooned to 150. Honestly, it wasn't that bad I looked like a normal human for once and I had no gut. I have since been dating a fatty and I'm up to 185. I have a belly. I jiggle. I hate it.
Do I start with cardio and basic body weight shit to lose the fat before I try and actually look decent? I am so incredibly weak. Last time I tried to do a push up I couldn't even do one with an empty bar.
I want to fix myself. I don't want to become another fucking obese robot.

Look at your diet first, and cut out anything unnecessary, such as soft drinks, candy, cake, that sort of thing.
Finding out your caloric needs and staying below them would be best. Strictly speaking, you don't need exercise, although it helps a lot. Cardio for burning, especially.

I'm 6' too, was a skelly too but weighed 155 lbs. You must literally have zero muscles. I weigh 183lbs now and I'm not even fat.
