Yo, I run like 80-90 miles (130+km a week) in New England (shitty winter weather) so I've spent plenty of time running in the cold. I've never tried those specific brands but they look great and you won't really get a better deal than those. One thing I would suggest is finding out whether you like running 'cold' or 'hot,' per se. I know plenty of runners who will go out in a thin long sleeve and tights on bitter days, while I personally love to be really warm any time it's around 0 C. If that's you, I'd suggest either adding some sort of heavier jacket, perhaps some cheap down or something rain proof, just something with a little substance to it. Cuz if I were you, there'd be days where I'd be a bit chilly in a long sleeve and one of those tops you have. Although, in the end, I have extremely low BF so I chill easily.
Also, get a reliable hat and gloves that handle snot well. There will be a lot of snot. Vaseline/petroleum jelly is huge for preventing wind burn on the face if it's really nasty out.

I run all winter long south of Montréal. As long as it isn't colder than -20C I just use a merino (Icebreaker) baselayer and a light softshell (top and botom).
I have a baklava to protect neck and face and a windproof tuque. My mittens are pretty warm compared to the rest of my outfit, it's worth it. I never felt like using vaseline on the face and never met anyone that does it, just get a BUFF scarf or something if the baklava isn't working out.
I feel like it does not really matter if my arms and legs are a little cold and exposed, as long as my head-hands-feets-neck are warm.
I have wool socks and normal minimalist forefoot running shoes. I slipped last year so I might buy something more grippy in a week or 2 now that the snow is piling up.
Also, no snot ever for me and my running friends so it isn't a universal reaction I guess...

Get a good pair of gloves as well. Where I live the avg winter temp is about 20F or -6C and I could not imagine running without gloves.

nigger, you're hardcore. I went to Quebec City and Montreal for new years of 2015. Before that I thought anything under 20F (-6C) felt the same, I was wrong, It was like -10 to -20F (-20-30C) and Canadians just walk around in sneakers, jeans and shell jackets (without lining).
