Neutral grip pullups for me. I'm always happy to incorporate pullups into my routine and these are the easiest on my wrists by a large margin
Back squat, bench press and pull-ups.
Worst exercises are front squat (hurts elbows and cant breathe), deadlift (makes bruises to my feet) and good morning (it's a fucking hell to a person, who isn't stretchy).

I thought the chick in the pic was a person with a knight helmet on
Calf Raises. It's where I can feel a huge pump 100% of the time.
It's a shame so many people rush/do them sloppily.
