Anyone chew gum for jawline gains? What does your routine look like? How much gum do you chew per day and at what time? Won't you look autistic chewing gum in public all the time?
My head/jaw are pretty square genetically but I've noticed that if I don't lift for a while and eat the same my face gets slimmer and less manly, which makes me think it's not all genetic
is this real? can you make the shape of your face better?

can't lift atm and im looking like a weakling so i want to know if chewing gum works for the time being
I've noticed some jaw gains from the combination of mewing and chewing gum. Mewing to fix posture and chewing to build the jaw muscle.
I've found orbit to be the best gum to chew, tried mentos like a tripfag recommended, but shit is softer than orbit. I chew 4-6 pieces of the gum at one time. I of course worked up to it. I'll just chew on one side till it's kinda sore then switch. I'll probably spend upwards of 2 hours chewing every other day.
I think it has made my jaw more angular, but it's really getting to an autistic level, chewing gum to look better.
Anyway it's cheap and I think it's worth the investment.

What about rotting your teeth with (((sugar)))?
I've been chewing Falim gum for a couple days now and it's has no sugar or aspartame. It's also pretty tough. I haven't been doing it long enough to see any gains but it does make my jaw sore

want to do this but concerned for the time being (i need to lose 50 lbs), I will just look more fat-faced.
shell on pumpkin seeds. if they have the shell they are white, shelled they are green. Get the white ones
chewy as hell but taste great.
Trader joes has great ones.
