Does the kinds of food you eat actually have an impact on how you feel?
I moved out from my parents about 8 months ago and all I've been able to afford to eat is rice, potatoes, eggs and ramen
As a former picky eater who JUST started eating healthy this past July, it really fucking does.

Just take out the ramen and add fruit and veggies and youll be eating decently

Do you feel any different?

I'm always tired and get sick a lot more often than when I lived at home

for the most part it has a marginal effect in my experience, unless it's extreme stuff like stuffing your face with sugar.
Big time. I used to live off a diet of basically chipotle, pizza, spaghetti and mountain dew. I stopped eating all that shit and started eating mostly chicken, rice, and veggies or sometimes sandwiches, salmon, ground beef to change it up.
I felt way better. Even more after picking up some cardio training. More energy, no need for the afternoon nap I always took, happier, more motivated.

Gets some beans and bananas, my friend.
I am super sensitive, what I put or don't put in my body drastically effects me. 1 beer, i'm off of my game the next day. Undereat, headaches and lethargy are coming. Eat processed crap, feel like processed crap
