The point is, there is no exercise that gives you a slimmer stomach. Stronger abs, yes, but for fat loss you need to eat less and move around more. Slimmer face, visible abs, smaller ass, the whole package.

The best thing you could do is make sure you cook healthy meals together. Weight loss happens in the kitchen. Also just do shit loads of cardio. Crunches are bad for your spine.
