Hey /fit/ I'm gonna try rows today and I was wondering what a reasonable starting weight is if I'm doing 3x5 with these stats
Squat 210 3x5
DL 235 1x5
OHP 105 3x5
Bench 140 3x5

Barbell is slightly easier, I'd say you might be comfortable doing 105@3x5

Also, if that's how much you're OHP is, you'll be fine. I'm actually surprised your OHP is that high considering your other stats.

Yeah Idk why my OHP went up so much higher than my others. I actually stalled for the first time the last time I did them and couldn't finish my last set.
