No. But not gonna lie, playing videogames can help you lose weight. I remember there were days in highschool where I ate under 1000 calories because I was in a raid or some shit. I wasn't even trying and I was already pretty dyel so it was probably bad for me.

My bud put a dumbbell by his desk and curls/presses overhead every time he dies in dota until he respawns. Either that, or a larger set every time he's done with a match.

I don't know about this reinhardt rouutine, but I do know that he got a lot more upper body strength after a few months of that. It's just going to make a bad habit a little less bad and less psychologically distasteful because you're doing something positive as well.

i used to peddle on a stationary bike while playing video games

i lost 40lbs in 3 months this way (not a good idea don't do this) over 8th grade summer

didn't some youtuber do an overwatch based full bodyweight workout

if you know it's your 'rest day' and you just want to play vidja for a few hours nothing wrong with stretches/light movement in intervals, better than sitting hunched in your chair or sprawled across the couch
