I'm skeletonmode and want to start lifting and eating more.
Would hiring a personal trainer to draw up a diet plan and show me proper form and weight progression be worth it? How much do they typically cost? (UK)

not worth it because it's free and easy to do it yourself. read the sticky.

not worth the money because reading the sticky + looking at form videos will get you what you need. if you really need help with a diet plan just use Scooby's free planner.

>believing spergs on /fit/ over trained professionals
Jesus christ yes the wiki is a valuable resource and videos will get you somewhere but a couple pt sessions every 2 months or so will ensure good form and prevent injury. Diet stuff is literally hit your macros and calories in vs calories out. Eat lots of protons.
