Hey /fit/,
actually im working on my "eat-clean"-plan.
I guess i hit my macros at carbs and protein pretty good, but i have a lack in fat and dont know how i can get rid of this problem.
Just sip a spoon of oil?
Actually i would take 96% of strived carbs, 111% prots, but just 64% fat and 86% kcal at all.
Goal are 2500 kcal, 285g carbs, 160g prots and 80g fat.
Its for maintenance, would you think it is too much?

Nigga how? Just eating meat will easily get you there. Cook your shit in butter and olive oil.

Your macro split is roughly
Fat 25%
Carb 50%
Protien 25%
IMO that's too many carbs. Try swapping some fruit for nuts. Or at least try to eat the same (g) amount of carbs and protien. Maybe like F/C/P 100/200/200 which results in 33% of your Cal from each source

Thats helped me a lot, thank you.

I tried to make a 40/40/20-Plan, but somebody told me here that 2g prots and 1g fat per kg bodyweight should be enough.
Any suggestions?

I plan only to eat one warm meal and thats the chicken, because i usually dont have time for cooking and most of the things i listed are easy to take with you.

Almond spreads, vegan butter, high quality chips, sweet potato friesother things like that for comfort foods.
Drink plant based proteinshakes to avoid cheap estrogen filled milk protein, have some plant based bars and dried fruitsfor on the go.

If there are two things western diets are way too high in it's sugar and saturated fat.
Actively aiming to increase your oil intake is ridiculous.
At the very least aim to eat healthy fats- avocados, nuts, fish etc.
Also you're being far too pedantic and analytical. Unless you're already ultra strict about your diet just get started and calibrate as you go.
Either way the key to a healthy diet is VERY simple-
Eat as much variety as possible
Eat as fresh as possible
Eat as unprocessed as possible
Eat mostly veg and not too much saturated fat or sugar (no refined carbs, and cut down or out red meat)
Use this page, it's hard to eat unhealthy if your grocery list is built around these foods: whfoods.com/foodstoc.php
