A dumbbell can easily go up to 80kg, i bet half here couldn't even curl it for more than 2 times.

Literally set for life, or atleast years.

And you don't waste half an hour driving to the gym.

i have a shitton of free weights with bars and dumbells but I can't get strong enough to lift a lot without a bench and squat rack. What are alternatives to 5x5 with those limits?
