I run out if breath on LITERALLY every excercise, even accessory shit. I gas out before my muscles fail, almost every time.
I can do 185 on squats once, but I can't even do 3 reps at 135 without gassing out.
I guess this has something to do with being diagnosed with asthma as a kid.
Is there anything I can do?
Should I just do sets of 2?

Time for 3 months of cardio desu, u can maintain it somewhat by just running twice a week.
