Well, my first day at the gym went great.
Tried OHP,Deadlift,Bench and squats. Asked a bit help from other people and they were quite helpful. Felt like shit the whole time doing exercises and wanted to throw up. Barely could lift the bar but I had to start somewhere.
On my way home had to hop off few stations earlier in subway to throw up.
All in all, 4/5 would go again on friday.

Idiot, if that destroyed you so hard, you probably don't even have the muscles and joint mobility to perfom most of those exercises. Better start with some core strength/functional training instead.

Happened to me too the first time I went to gym.
Walking back home, I literally had to stop and sit down every 20 meters. This went on for at least an hour.
Don't let this discourage you, it'll be much better next time.
