okay /fit/ lmk if this makes any sense.
i've noticed people eat really high protein foods/load on whey, and then eat super high calorie/ high carb meals when they're bulking so it evens out.
>100g of protein and 600 cal
paired with
>20g of protein and 1500 cal
for a high calorie high protein mix
SO. IN THEORY could someone just drink a shit ton of soda, which just has empty calories, and then drink protein shakes, which have super high protein content, and have it even out? paired with a multivitamin so you get essential nutrients I can't think of anything wrong with this.
