Hey /fit/ My diet consists mostly of beans, chicken breast, oatmeal, other meats, and a random cliff bar, coffee, milk, sweets sometimes, whatever. Anyways, I worry because I get a very low amount of veges in my diet. Is there any multi vitamins I could take that would fill my needs for vegetables? This is about general health not gains.
nope there isn't any multi vitamin that will fill your need for vegetables. go buy some frozen vegetables, cook them consume them. Like any self respecting man and quit looking to man made jewtamins for sustenance

You miss out on fiber, antioxidants, and a bunch of other chemicals that aren't covered by multi vitamins like flavonoids and junk.
