If you get heavy doing this, then you are gaining muscle and need to shut and and keep pressing forward. Also water. Drink water all day, every day. Weight yourself, after waking up and taking a piss, with no clothes. Preferredly at the exact same time each morning.

Do not weight yourself again until the next day, at the same time, after taking a piss. Body weight fluctuates insanely throughout the day.

cardio burns fuck all calories, unless you're training for a marathon you're better off keeping the hour and not eating the 1 regular sized candy bar that ='s the amount of calories your burnt in an hour.

fat is liberated easily, muscle requires a lot of time and resources (which are limited in a deficit).
