Just took a caffeine pill right after waking up and I feel great.

I do it. The effects diminish, but I still like it more than coffee or sips

personally whenever i take a caffine pill instead of drinking coffee i can't sleep that night for whatever reason although it's supposed to be same amounjt of caffine

Can't get all the meals I need in if I wake up at noon.
I'm currently in a cycle of:
Finish work at 10, go home and chill till 4am, then wake up almost right before I have to go to work again, so what's really more unhealthy?

any drug in pill formulation takes longer to act because it must be physically digested and then dissoluted until it can pass to your system. coffee is a caffeine solution that has molecules already dispersed so they enter your bloodstream faster.


now, that being said - it doesn't make a HUGE difference, but its noticeable.
i'd suggest dosing earlier in the day if possible. cafffeine has a half-life of 6hr. so if you take 100mg at 5pm, by 11pm, 50mg (as much as some coffees) is still circulating
