Are you still making LP? If so, then stay on SS.

And what's your bf%? If its <20% then no, keep eating. If it's >20% then eat at a 250 kcal deficit until you're back down to 12-15%.
You should incorporate cardio regardless if you're actually trying to get healthy as opposed to just trying to look good.
