10 reps isnt really the best if you want to progress strength (just see the rep ranges for main lifts in any strength routine), and less so in a lift such as OHP that is a bitch to progress on. If your other lifts are progressing then keep doing what youre doing on those but your ohp definitely is stalled. If you want to keep doing 3x10 use the smallest possible weight increases, like 1lb plates or just putting a bunch of clips on the bar then next time add more clips until you can add a proper plate

I know I may be asking for a lot but can anyone give me a basic breakdown of how the 3 years should be?

As long as necessary. Most cardio machines allow you to enter your weight which allows it to keep track of what you're doing and show how many calories you're burning. Just keep going until you're satisfied.

Supposing she was a gymnast, why is it hard to see that she would have lost mobility? Especially if she's doing powerlifting and not weightlifting? I.e Not getting into funky positions.

there is enough time for both mobility work and lifting in a single workout, saying you can't maintain or even improve flexibility while lifting is a false equivalency either due to extenuating circumstnaces (e.g. injury) or the errant assumption that you need to choose between flexibility and strength (when they actually reinforce each other)

I still want to lose a bit more fat (gain muscle too) but I take it slow.

I am eating medium carb since a week and want toto eat low carb to lose some water weight and bloating but I also want to lose more fat not just the waterweight ofcourse. I am just experimenting with what works for my body, whichI results i get from certain food etc. Tried high carb for a while too, had a lot of energy while running and lifting but i was bloated. I cut out diary now too, it gave me pimples and bloating.

I am really weak so nobody will care about how much i deadlift or squat haha. And my routine is 1 day lower body 1 day upper body 1 day rest repeat.

You need to eat more. I tried a cut going down to that and it sucked. Killed my lifts, and I was starving every night while I wondered why I wasn't losing weight. Managed to bump it up to 1600-1700 for the cut and never looked back. I know this seems counterintuitive as fuck, but try it. Add 100 cals every week or two and see how it goes.

You're not lifting heavy enough and you need to do ab work if you aren't already. I didn't start seeing stomach cuts until I added an ab routine to each day I worked out. Right now I just to planks - 3 sets of 60 seconds on, 30 sec rest between each - but I know I'll add more because I want bigger abs.

Oh, it's probably because you're cutting. If you're even maintaining your lifts while losing weight, that's progress, in my opinion. My lifts always go down when I cut, and if I'm lucky, I can just maintain them. Also make sure you're rested. If you haven't tried caffeine/preworkout before lifting, maybe try that too.

If you ever stall, deloading actually really helped me break through. The only accessory I do would be weighted dips. Usually do those at the end of a workout before doing core. It might help your bench if you add some dips once a week.

Well if I'm repressing anything it's definitely not conscious. My boyfriend is wonderful and understands me in a way that transcends sex.
