More energy, breathe better, look better, more options when it comes to clothing, joints don't ache, save money on food, actually get laid, dick isn't buried in fat, not an emotional cunt, will live longer, can actually fit in a booth, don't get depressed when I see my reflection in a window or mirror.

Went from 300 to 243 since July.

Visibly look better even though I'm still heavy, which is a pretty good confidence boost.
All my old clothes fit again.

Losing a lot of weight at the moment, its going well. Would former/wannabe former fatties be interested if I made a dedicated thread in the next few days? The sticky is good and all, but my problem with weight was I was too lazy to actually put together cheap, healthy meals. But I have a few now. Just looks like most of the questions on fit come from fatties seeking help and advice, just thought it might be good to have a thread to encourage one another, maybe get some pics from former fatties to keep motivated?
