Will drinking my Whey Protein Shake 10-20 minutes after my workout session be less effective to per say me drinking the shake right after I leave the gym.
I need to know this since my shakes are only available at home and I can't bring them to the gym.

I take mine after. Usually eat a banana before gym in the morning since I do better without a lot in my stomach. But it's whatever works for you and your schedule.

There is no definitive scientific reasoning either way, lots of research shows it does nothing when you eat and lots shows it matters a lot

muscle recovery is a 24+ hour process, it doesn't matter when you take your protein in the day(asides from trying to distribute intake somewhat evenly)
