How do I not feel like dying after a work out? Is there anything I can do about this? Should I be doing this every day or every other day?

Cardio is fine to do every day. Try swimming. Running kills me but swimming feels great.
Just do it as much as possible, I'd say 3 days a week minimum, 5 days a week even better.

Alright I'll start doing this everyday because I do like to run. I'll even look into giving swimming a try. What should you typically do after a workout? Just rest? I feel like I'd be losing any gains I've made by resting for the rest of the day.

LOL wtf, resting makes gains bro. Just make sure to check what your eating and you'll be good.

>How do I not feel like dying after a work out?
Idiot, you're trying to run TOO FAST for a beginner. SLOW THE FUCK DOWN to a pace you can sustain.
>>39593247
Geez OP I started that as well and I feel great
>>39594994 is right you're probably running too fast when you're supposed to be jogging, remember you're training to run a 5k maybe not win, but complete it. Take it easy
Just keep working on it brah, I started just like you and now I run 10k, running feels great once you get past the noob stage

You need to feel like you're dying to make changes to your body
