Try a stack of ibutamoren (you will swell up with water) and ostarine (gives a bit of a hardened look/feel to your muscles without water retention) if you want the kind of effect creatine gives you, but much stronger. As others said tho, it's all just a matter of water retention tho, so if you have a lot of fat, that fat will swell up as well.
