How do you decide if you belong to physique vs bodybuilding for a tournament? I'm natural and only 19. 176, I don't know bf%.
This is right after some sauna, no pump, I know I'm far from competition worthy and my chest is depleted (shoulder issue I recently have begun to fix), I want to compete natural (until I'm like 25) bodybuilding but I'm thinking once I get cut I may be better for physique. How does one choose which is right for them?
